She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Daniel Thompson; her parents, Arthur Frinsham Reaney and Mary Lillia Dent Reaney (Maysie); and her sisters, Marguerite Reaney Tugman, Jane Olivia Reaney Linton and Grace Dent Reaney Sisson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Daniel Thompson II of Wheaton, MD, Sandra Thompson Gassner (John), NJ and Timothy Lesley Thompson (Amy); her grandchildren, Taryn Elise Gassner Tangpricha (Ben), Kimberly Danielle Gassner Rackliffe (Benjamin), Jennifer Jordan Gassner Scureman (Michael), Travis John Gassner, Charles Daniel Thompson III and Sophia Amilya Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, William, Charlotte, Jack, Henry, Justin, Maddox, Penelope and Weston. She is also survived by friends, charities, children and grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the service will be private.
