She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward O'Keeffe; her parents, Peter Hagan and Catherine Hagan; and her brothers-in-law, John McHale and Jim McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her children, James O'Keeffe (Mary Ann), Kevin O'Keeffe (Kristin), Maureen Devine (Tom) and Christine O'Keeffe; her sisters, Patsy McHale and Eileen McLaughlin; her brother-in-law Sean O'Keeffe (Maureen); and her grandchildren, Danny, Kiera, Lauren, Kaitlyn, Patricia, Maura and Sean. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and beloved cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations are made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
