In loving memory of Lynne J. Koop of Brick, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who departed this world on September 8, 2024 at the age of 69. As Lynne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lynne. Though Lynne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Koop and Barbara Koop; and her brother Paul Koop. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Marshall (Megan); her granddaughter Genevieve; and her sisters, Karen (William Chambers), Diane (Robert Bilbao) and Cheryl (Joseph Gurliaccio). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home - Brick (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation.
