She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Karanicola and Rose Sarullo Karanicola; and her grandparents, Louis and Lena Sarullo. She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael Grizzaffi of Colts Neck, NJ; her daughter-in-law Maria Salerno Grizzaffi; her granddaughters, Angela, Christina and Sara; her friends, Mary, Ron Tomasso, Anthony and Patricia Maiore; and also Lauren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital Due to the Covid-19 executive orders of Governor Murphy, please be aware that masks must be worn at all times, social distancing must be maintained, and there are capacity limitations for all gatherings.
