She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis William Van Note; her parents, Teresa McSpiritt (Campbell) and Francis McSpiritt; and her sister Mary Alice Flannery. She is survived by: her sister Frances Sydor of Paramus, NJ; her son Thomas Van Note; her daughter-in-law Maria of Wayne, NJ; and her daughters, Margaret Van Note Sydor (Michael) and Nancy Van Note Chism (Grady).
