He was predeceased by: his wife Heddy; his daughter Sharon Gerhard; and his sister Pauline Combs. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Wheeler of The Villages, Michael Wheeler of Cliffwood, NJ and Cynthia Stryker of Cliffwood Beach, NJ; and his brother Daniel Wheeler. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
