He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Mazzarino and Christine Johnson-Mazzarino; his son Joseph Patrick Mazzarino, Jr.; his sisters, Danielle Johnson and Amanda Mazzarino; and his grandmother Mary Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
