He was predeceased by: his parents, John Baptis and Josepha Baptis; and his sister Catherine Baptis. He is survived by: his friends, Maureen and Bill Goldrick; his granddaughter Kaitlin Rose; his wife Cecilia (Neville); his children, John Patrick Baptis (Semra) of Sydney Australia, Beth Leyble (Mark) of Point Pleasant and Mary Ellen Ferrer of Brick; his siblings, William Baptis (Lucy) of Pompton Plains and Emma Hamilton (Bill) of Brick; and his grandsons, Mark Leyble, Jack Ferrer and Kent Baptis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
