She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Zarzecki, Sr.; and her son Gregory. She is survived by: her son Michael Anthony Zarzecki, Jr. of Brick; her daughter-in-law Luanne Zarzecki of Old Bridge; her sisters, Helen Figueroa of Elizabeth and Lois Balzer of Manahawkin; and her granddaughters, Nicole and Melissa. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
