She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Meakem, Sr.; and her sister Ethel Stryker. She is survived by: her children, David E. Meakem, Jr. (Susan) of Brielle, Eric Meakem (Karen) of Toms River and Ann Elizabeth DiGioia of Barnegat.
