She was predeceased by: her husband John Breitenbucher. She is survived by: her sister Yvette Polonsky (Barry); her niece Jill Nalewicki (Ray); her nephew Ron Polonsky (Lorraine); her great-nephews, Konstantine, Kyle, Alex and Chad; her stepdaughter Carol Cappetta; her stepgrandsons, Douglas (Adria) and Jeffrey (Cheryl Cappetta); and her friends, Patty, Gloria, Barbara, Irma, Mona and Dolores.
