Jean Ransom Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ransom (Brick, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on April 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Ransom to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Donald Ransom; and her parents, Charles Shaughnessy and Anna Shaughnessy. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Robert Ransom (Jackie) of Anchorage, AK, John Ransom of Piscataway, Anne Ransom of Bayonne and William Ransom (Lisa) of Howell; and her daughter-in-law Gloria Ransom. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, a graveside service will take place privately at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
