She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Sanderson and Edward Sanderson. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Leonard J. Lesniak; her children, Steven, Lynn Needle (Mark) and David; her grandchildren, Matthew, Max Needle (Nancy) and Julie; and her great grandchildren, Camila and Mya Needle. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
