He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Polhemus and Dorothy Polhemus; his sister Joanne Califano; and his stepson Eric Zausch. He is survived by: his wife Gail Polhemus; his sons, Russell James Polhemus, Luke Reznor and Michael James Polhemus (Renell); his stepchildren, Tiffany Rotolo (John) and Matthew Zausch (Diana); his sisters, Carole Conaty, Linda Bailey and Nancy McGuire; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Natalie, Peyton, Matthew and Connor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
