He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Maryanne Smith (Steve) and James Santry 3rd (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Stephen Smith (Stephanie) and Natalie Rose Hudzik (Brian); his great grandchildren, Savana, Sullivan, Sterling and Sawyer; and his stepchildren, Andrew Carton (Sue), Kathleen Carton and Kenneth Hartranft (Jenn).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ocean County Cremation Service (1252 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08755).
