He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce; and his brother Arsenio Costa. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Phillips (David) of Howell and Michael J. Costa of Randolph; his sister Kathy Scicchitano of Manchester; his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Capitano, Margaret Reynolds and Frances Bini; his grandchildren, Michael Costa Jr. (Breanna), Anthony Phillips, Marc Costa, Amanda Pratt (Michael), Deanna Silverstein (Bradley) and Matthew Costa; and his great grandchildren, Joy and Ben.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
