He was predeceased by: his children, James, Brenda and Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Barley (Jones); his son Larry Barley of Edgewater, MD; his grandchildren, Wardell Van Buren, Samantha Barley, Matthew Barley, Steven Barley, Brandon Barley and Scott Barley; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Barley and Madilyn Barley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
