She was predeceased by: her husband Adam Perlowski; her son Thaddeus Perlowski; her grandson Anthony Perlowski; her daughter-in-law Vera; and her sister Marian Sladowski.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Perlowski and John Perlowski (Donna) of Brick, NJ.; her sister Anna Plachta; and her grandchildren, Sandra, Douglas, Lori and Erik. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
