He is survived by: his wife Betty Cushman (Burns); his children, Elizabeth Creter (Betsy), Charles Cushman (Muriel) and Kenny Cushman (Carol); his grandchildren, William, Elizabeth, Stephanie, Kenneth, Charlie, Courtney and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, John, Declan and Athena.
