He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holtzman and Marian Holtzman (Bogart). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Holtzman (Radcliffe); his children, Steven Holtzman (Laura) of Avon, Connecticut, Jennifer Nordyke (Steve) of Fort Lauderdale, Suzanne Mayo (Bob) of Fort Lauderdale and Christy Alleborn (Jay) of Clinton; his brother Edward Holtzman (Joyce) of Cheshire, Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Brett, Amanda, Colin, Kyle, Megan, Allison, Alex, Nicole, Christina, Stephanie and Robert.
