He is survived by: his spouses, Toni Lee Ponti (Folio) and Krista Lee; his daughter Dana Lee; his sibling Thomas Ulrich; his nieces and nephews, Georgio and Carlo Maiorano; his parent-in-law Flora Folio; his sibling-in-law Cheryl Levin Folio; and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Ben Horton, Brielle and Tara Folio. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
