He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Roff and Donald Roff; his wife Mary Roff (O'Heney); his children, Tracey Miele, Patrick Roff, Terry Manzella (Roff) and Timothy Roff; his grandchildren, Eric, Jessica Miele, Maia Hippard Roff, Amanda, Aaron and Anna Suarez; his nieces, Crystal and Debra; his children-in-law, Melody Runyon, Louis Miele and Michael Manzella; his siblings-in-law, Ellyn Freedman (O'Heney), Sheila O'Heney, John O'Heney, Jr. and Emilio Del Busto; and his sister Elizabeth Siegler.

A private funeral will be held for Bill due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
