He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Izzo and Carmela Izzo; and his siblings, Peter, Maryanna Izzo-Ward and Nina Izzo-Weimer.

He is survived by: his son Nicholas; his brother Michael Izzo (Michele); his nieces and nephews, Christen Hall, Alex, Kevin Hall, Antonia, Jeanise Hall, Emma Izzo, Alyssa Izzo, Edwin L Ward (Kelly, Maryanna Ward) and Eddie Ward; and his brother-in-law Cary Weimer.
