She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ely; and her brother Dennis Mack. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Ely (Nancy) of Brick, Sean Ely of Brick and Michael Ely of Brick; her grandchildren, Ryan Ely (Sarah Anodide), Matthew Ely (Rachel), Brett Ely and Sara Cacchione; and her great grandchildren, Mavrick, Grayson and Lucas.
