He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward McLoughlin, Sr. and Dolores O'Neill McLoughlin; and his siblings, Brian McLoughlin (Kathy), Thomas McLoughlin (Jan Pelcman) and Patricia Kocher (Joseph). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
