With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy E. Dolan of Brick, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sheridan and Elizabeth Sheridan (Dully); her husband Joseph Dolan; and her brother Leonard. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Donahue (Joseph) and Tracey Zoino (Robert); her grandchildren, Emily Wagner (Ryan), Joseph Donahue, Robert Zoino and Thomas Zoino; and her pets, Kona, Hawi, Auggie and Martin.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home-Brick (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (406 Forman Ave, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742). A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Name Cemetery (823 West Side Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07306).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
