He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Carlucci. He is survived by: his children, Deanna Carlucci (Ryan Brennan) and Dominick Carlucci; his father Dominick Carlucci, Sr.; his sister Marianne Lalla; and his niece Amanda Lalla. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
