She was predeceased by: her parents, David Letzelter and Delores Evans; and her daughter Salena Lesniak. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Lombardo; her children, Jessica Bonafide, Michael (Lorie Krey) and Jeffrey (Heather Krey); her grandchildren, Michael Krey, Damian Bonafide, Dmitrios Bonafide, Dominic Bonafide, Bianca Bonafide, Brooklyn Krey and Milo Krey; and her brother David Letzelter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
