She is survived by: her mother Diane Andruszko; her brother John Hazuka; her nephew Stephen Hazuka; her niece Sarah Hazuka; her aunt Susan Hazuka Otto; her uncle Ed Preisendorfer; and her stepsiblings, Kathy, Lisa and Scott.
