He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dailey and Helen Dailey; his wife Mary Ann; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his son Brian (Courtney); his grandchildren, Avery, Griffin and Brayden; his daughter Shannon (Mike); his grandchildren, Annabelle and Charley; his cousins, Dennis and Cathy Dailey; his brother-in-law William Witzigman; and also, Jennifer, Matthew, Kevin and Daren.
