She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Black and Geraldine Black. She is survived by: her husband Matthew J Fava; her daughters, Michelle (Bobby) and Christine (Glenn); her grandchildren, Bo (Sandra), Matt, Brianna, Glenn Jr. and Niko; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Lucas, Viviana and Avalee.
In lieu of flowers Beverly has requested that donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society.
