He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Zelenak and Andrew Zelenak; and his brother Jimmy Sibree (Barbara Zelenak). He is survived by: his wife Janet Zelenak; his brother Jack Zelenak of Tom's River; his children, Richard, Laura Nelson of Brick, Danielle Zelenak of Toms River, Cintia Zelenak of Howell, Michael, Liz Saulnier, Andy Jr. of Columbus, Deanna Saulnier of Denver and Cory Ehrhardt of Neptune City; and his grandchildren, Madison (Dalton Nelson), J. J. Birardi, Andrew (Tyler Lago), Annabelle Zelenak, Lucas (Lily Saulnier) and Golden (Gus Ehrhardt). He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
