She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Mazur and George Mazur; and her siblings, John Mazur, Anna Lovas and Mary Slotwinski.

She is survived by: her husband Albert Buchholz; her children, Kenneth (Teresa Buchholz) of Charlotte, NC, Susan (Andy Hom) of Phillipsburg, NJ and Carol McManus of Whitehouse Station, NJ; her grandsons, Douglas, Matthew, Steven and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Gavin and Mikayla. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
