He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Bailey and Mary Elizabeth Case. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his sons, Jonathan (Shelley) of Stockton and Christopher (Jamie) of Piscataway; and his siblings, George, Carolyn Haley and Martha Moore. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
