Swody of Branchburg, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Swody and Edward Swody; and his sisters, Florence Laut and Ruth McGinnity. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Schindler Swody; his children, Charles (Kathy Swody) of Rahway, NJ and Pam (Mark Ansbro) of Branchburg, NJ; his grandchildren, Cheryl, Charles and Robert; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Jessica, Nicholas and Brielle. He is also survived by five great- great grandchildren.
