With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Smith of Bradley Beach, New Jersey. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Frederick D. Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Conroy Kuswendra (Kus); her children, Chelsea Futrell, Mackenzee Wareham and Cameron Smith; her grandsons, Peyton, Gabe and Corbin; her siblings, Frederick D. Smith, Jr. (Ginny), Andri C. Kuswendra (Lynda) and Deborah Smith Purcell (Vincent); and her godparents, Robert Conroy and Noel Reim. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
