He is survived by : his siblings, Alicia, Gloria Esther Velázquez Santiago and Enrique Velázquez Santiago; his children, William Jr., Raúl Velázquez, Rita Victoria, Elba Iris, Miriam Teresa Velázquez and Margarita Astorga; his grandchildren, Elsie, Ricardo, Angel Luis, Miguel Antonio González, Máximino Jr., Amaryllis, Rosa Andrea Áviles and Abraham Jeremiah Astorga; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Elijah Ortiz, Gia Yazmine Checo, Naila Lola Watley, Kaiden, Jasleen González and Asher Giovanni González.
