He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Mizerek and Veronica Mizerek; and his wife Lorraine Mizerek. He is survived by: his children, Billy Mizerek (Donna), Michelle Mizerek, Amanda Tomaszfski (David) and Allyson Palyok (Jon); his grandchildren, Chris Palyok, Cassidy Palyok, Ashley Tomaszfski and Brianna Mizerek; and his siblings, Ceil Suhaka (Ben) and Robert Mizerek (Robin).
