She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Shulack and Sophie Shulack; her husband Kinsey Mathews; and her siblings, Mike, George, Pete, Steve, Andy, Nick, Mary O'Sullivan, Helen Harcar and Margaret Specian.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Mathews (Diana) and Carol Metch of Bridgewater. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
