With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie Mielnicki (Bound Brook, New Jersey), who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bohay and Ida Bohay (Bodnar); and her siblings, Mary, Peter, John, Paul and Harry.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Mielnicki; her sons, Michael and Tony (Ginny); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Taylor and Anthony; her great grandchild Brooke; her sister Stella Bohay Sutton; and her niece Diane Lopa.
