He is survived by: his wife Sarah Chamberlain; his children, Julie Chamberlain, Adam Chamberlain (Nicole), Cathryn Awad (Mario) and Elaine Legagneur (Jarrell); his grandchildren, Raina, Brielle, Winter, Brayden and River; and his siblings, Carol Chamberlain (Ted Ozsvath), Mark Chamberlain (June), Gary Chamberlain (Sandra), Jim Chamberlain (Claire), Jon Chamberlain (Patricia Reynolds), Laura Chamberlain Keita and William Chamberlain (Janice). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
