Yannetelli, Jr. (Diane) of Piscataway; his grandson David Yannetelli (Renee Botiquin) of Piscataway; his great grandchildren, Jeffrey and Joseph Yannetelli; and his siblings, Peter, Raymond Yannetelli of Martinsville and Jean Bellew of Bridgewater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
