He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Chang and Rose Chang (Huang). He is survived by: his wife Lily; his children, Lawrence (Ling Ling Zhang) of Bound Brook, Julie of Bound Brook and Maryann Chang of Bound Brook; his siblings, Michael Chang of Bedminster, Betty Lin of Flemington and Helen Kao of Lebanon; and his grandchildren, Sophia Lin, Leon Chang, Precilla Lin and Brandon Tai.
