She is survived by: her husband Alan Edward Zujkowski; her children, Alan E. Patrick Zujkowski and Ashley A. Botts (Derek); her sisters, Patti Langan (Glenn) and Lu Ann Fuschino-Metcalf (Hubert); her son Nicholas; her grandson Nicky Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Layla and Alysha Botts.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Jeanne's name.
