He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Keith Jr. (Linda) of Somerset; his wife Eileen of Upper Montclair; his grandchildren, Erin Fasanella (Christopher Tietjen), Gracelee Fasanella, Kaleigh Fasanella, Alexandra Fasanella, Anthony Fasanella and Rebecca Fasanella; his great grandchild Sawyer Jacob Tietjen; and also, David Jr. (Lyn) of Medford Lakes and Gerald Jr..
