She was predeceased by: her daughter Renee; and her parents, John Macinko and Helen Macinko. She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Cavagnaro; her sister Ann Marie Iskra; and her granddaughter Tabitha Brown. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew, extended family, and friends.
