She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Salkeld and Halina Salkeld (Buczek). She is survived by: her husband John; her daughters, Danielle and Stacy; her brother Darren Salkeld (Carrie Anne); her mother-in-law Jean R. Pongratz; her brother-in-law Michael Pongratz (Debra); and her nieces and nephews, Samantha, Megan, Jacob, Jonathan and Raymond. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, and countless friends.
Memorial donations in Dawn's name may be made to Jack's Kids, a charity close to her heart.
