He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefano Frezza and Belardine Frezza (Ricciardone); and his siblings, Benny, Steve, Dan, Dom and Sabina.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Panetti Frezza; his children, Jacqueline, Jennifer and Jeffrey; his siblings, Carmella, Elena and Billy; and also Award. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
