He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Zavacky and Anna Josephine McDonough Zavacky; and his wife Maryann Zavacky. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Marie Trozzi (Sam) and Brian William Zavacky (Heather); his grandchildren, Jessica Ann Trozzi, Alexa Jordan Zavacky and Jacob William Zavacky; and his siblings, Steven Patrick Zavacky and Ann Tobias. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
