He is survived by: his wife Sandra Campbell (Hall); his mother Bette Ann MacKay; his sister Patricia (John Harak); his father-in-law Robert Hall; his sisters-in-law, Cindy and Barbara Hall; his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Derek Hall, Alden and Liana Harak; and his great-niece Hailey Dessingue.
